I was born and raised in the vibrant Mexico City.
From an early age, I had an innate interest in exploring the mind, body, and spirit. That, along with my own personal journey, led me to embark on a path of self-discovery and personal growth.
I am the mother of three teenagers, the greatest gift life has given me. In my mothering energy, I have discovered the ability to embrace life through play, laughter, unconditional love, presence, and infinite creativity.
Going through my own personal challenges and realizing that any pain can be transformed into a life of joy and health has made me passionate about wellness and consciousness.
Today, I am committed to guiding others on their healing path to help them build a more balanced and fulfilling life.

CAREER
I began my professional path studying a Bachelor of Arts. Listening to my passion for the human being, I did two Master's Degrees in Gestalt and Systemic Psychotherapy.
Wanting to unite psychology and literature, I did a Doctorate in Literature - Relationship between Language and the Construction of Identity, then I became a certified Family Constellation Facilitator, Craniosacral Therapist and I am a passionate Kundalini Yoga Teacher, convinced that mental, emotional and spiritual health must be integral.
I am convinced that mental, emotional and spiritual health must be holistic, taking into account the body, mind and soul, and that is why I have united these tools to create a method combining kundalini yoga, meditation, craniosacral therapy, family constellations and psychotherapy. These tools have allowed me to transform my own life and help many people along the way.

I am the founder of Sadhana Works, a prestigious conscious lifestyle company in the heart of Palma de Mallorca with recognition in Europe and Latin America. It is the number one wellness company in the Mediterranean.
At Sadhana Works we do everything from rejuvenating retreats to yoga, meditation and mindfulness classes. Our aim is to provide a space where people can connect with themselves, each other and the world around them in a deep and significant way.
Sadhana Works offers a unique solution that goes beyond personal growth by aligning with various foundations and NGOs, such as Mallorca Preservation, to extend their positive impact in the world.
We are proud to collaborate with these organizations to address broader challenges, such as environmental preservation and the well-being of local communities.

I am President of the Association of Wellness Tourism in Mallorca, from where I promote initiatives focused on initiatives focused on promoting a conscious and sustainable tourism with a clear vision:

As Regional Ambassador of THE CHOPRA FOUNDATION in Spain, I work together with Deepak Chorpa with the purpose of expanding a collective consciousness for a more peaceful, just, sustainable, healthy and joyful world.
In addition, I have the honor of collaborating with great people whom I have always deeply admired. Among them the Kundalini Yoga master Jugat Guru, with whom we co-created the Kundalini Yoga teacher training at Sadhana Works or Gurumukh and Gurushabad, with whom we developed international retreats and trainings, such as Radiant Power of Women.
Also, together with Svagito Liebermeister, a leading facilitator in Family Constellations with more than 14 years of experience, we offer workshops and transformational experiences in Sadhana Works.
